Pierian offers use of Employee Self Service (ESS) as a tool where employees can apply for leaves, claims and view their pay-slips at a one stop portal thereby reducing efforts, time and energy of the company's resources. This Pierian system empowers the entire system to work in a synchronized manner and deliver online reports of payroll, leaves & claims.

  • Provides your employees with secure, 24/7 access to their individual pay slips.
  • Employees can also view their past pay advice when they log in to ESS. Every month's pay advice is automatically saved, making it easy for an employee to view or print an older pay advice anytime.
E-Leave Application
  • The leave, payroll and claims system are all integrated.
  • Employees can apply for leave online. Capturing, approving and maintaining the employees leave becomes a streamlined and paperless process. Employees can now view their own leave balances and managers can overview the status of team's leave applications.
E-Expense Claims
  • The employees can post and obtain approval for reimbursement claims online. This eliminates lots of hassles such as manual form filing and ascertaining the status of claims.
  • Employees will be provided information on their entitlement, claims done and balances.
  • The approver can review all claims posted by his team online and employees get intimated by email about the approval or rejection of the claim
